Seal Coating
When it comes to sealcoating, choosing the right contractor can be the difference between a sealcoat lasting 1 year versus 5 years. Crack Sealing
Crack sealing is a two-step process. First the cracks are cleaned out with power brushes, power blowers and/or wire brushes & booms. Next a hot (380-400 degree F., modified asphalt sealant is applied to the cracks. This material bonds to the sides of the crack, forming a seal that prevents water from seeping in. The sealant also helps to prevent further cracking and deterioration of the pavement. It removes any vegetation or debris that could interfere with the sealant.

It also helps prevent further cracking and deterioration of the payment. Crack sealing is a cost-effective measure that extends the life of your asphalt.
Striping
Parking lot striping. also known as traffic markings, provides organized traffic flow and clearly marked parking stalls as well as areas for vehicles to park. An effective parking striping layout consists of bright durable line striping for stalls, arrows for entrances and exits, arrows for directional flow on parking lots, handicap, parking spaces, clearly marked fire lane areas and more.
Patching
Pothole or asphalt repair. We offer the service of returning asphalt to its original condition. We clean out all plant matter, debris and/or broken asphalt from the effective area. We level up the area with a coarse gravel/sand mix until there is one inch of depth left to fill the pothole. We then fill with hot asphalt until the hole is slightly overfilled. The asphalt is then tamped down with a tamper tool or a compactor machine to its original smooth surface.
